Richard gave us so much appreciated insight and knowledge about Aruba. We learned so much from you. He is a natural story teller with a depth of local history and current events. He also is very hospitable, thoughtful and caring throughout the experience. He offered to bring us to eat at places and to pick up groceries at more affordable supermarkets.
My tips for improvement based on my personal experience would be to go over itinerary on pick up to make sure everyone is on the same page. And helpful to know how much time max we can spend in each spot so that we could have enough time for tour. Othewise, this was an excellent experience.

We booked a tour with Richard on Wednesday, September 2 and had an amazing time. Richard was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. We liked the tour so much and ended up booking a second tour to a different location the next day. I would highly recommend him if you want an authentic Aruba tour experience and to be treated very well. (He even brought us a cooler with cold drinks, chairs, towels, extra snorkel gear and washed off our feet after being in the sand.
While this is my 6th or 7th time to Aruba, this was my 1st experience where I wanted to scream how amazing our tour was! The vast knowledge of the island history, the personal attention and his genuine love for his island is what sets him apart! Thank you to Richard for making our tour so memorable! We will definitely reach out to you for the next trip!!!

We encountered Richardsons by chance as he pulled up as our taxi for our hotel transfer back to the airport. What an unexpectedly pleasant experience. Richard was extremely friendly and helpful, but I also learned a tremendous amount about the island, its history and culture in a short 20 min ride. I can only imagine what i will learn on a full tour! Needless to say I will be booking a full tour with Richardsons when myself and my family return to the island.

Your hospitality is beyond what we expected and more...showing us your beautiful home and picking us up from the airport and even showing us how to care for the island while we are here. My most favorite part of all was your family stories and pics that were passed down from generation to generation from your grandfather and father to you and you cared enough to share with us.
The Aruba you showed us yesterday has so much more than beautiful beaches and landscape but what I saw was the Aruban people and their welcoming smiles, genuine hospitality and most of all, so much kindness, laughter and heart!
Through you, we feel like family here and it's our home away from home. Aruba is truly "one happy island" and we are going home as "one happy family ".
